Bzzz

Bzzz is a student project made in 12 days. It was made during a Spirou-themed double intensive week at my school, SupinfoGame, with other students.

The instructions were to make a Spirou magazine themed game which had touch controls; a game they could potentially release on mobile phones for their readers. So, we went with the idea of a kid catching bugs on a window, since most kids have tried this at least once.

The goal of the game is to capture the required insects while trying to not crush them by accident, which would leave stains on the glass and therefore, anger the player’s character’s mother.

The graphic style was made to match with Spirou’s.

As for the coding part, I have taken care of coding everything from scratch in C++ using SFML for the graphics and sound.
